2/10/2005 - Weaver and Tidwell Promotes Marlon Williams to Audit Senior Manager
Dallas-Fort Worth – Weaver and Tidwell, LLP, has promoted Marlon B. Williams, CPA, to audit senior manager, it was announced today. Weaver and Tidwell, with offices in Dallas and Fort Worth, is ranked by Practical Accountant magazine as the Southwest’s largest regional accounting firm.

Williams, who has more than eight years of experience in public accounting, earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Abilene Christian University. His practice focuses on accounting and auditing for a variety of closely held businesses, nonprofit organizations, municipalities, and independent school districts.

Williams is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Prestonwood Foundation.

Founded in 1950, Weaver and Tidwell represents a broad range of clients including large national and international corporations, publicly and privately held businesses, nonprofit organizations, and government entities. W.M (Mack) Lawhon is managing partner and chief executive officer.
