
7/24/2006 - Weaver and Tidwell Names Gaylon Evans Human Resources Director.
DALLAS-FORT WORTH, TEXAS – Weaver and Tidwell LLP has named Gaylon Evans human resources director. She joined the firm in July 2005 as human resources manager and has served as interim human resources director since Dec. 2005. She oversees all human resource functions for the firm’s two offices, in Dallas and Fort Worth.
“Gaylon has exceeded all expectations serving as interim HR director, a key position within our firm. We are pleased that she will continue in this capacity,” said W.M. “Mack” Lawhon, Weaver and Tidwell’s CEO and managing partner.
Evans has over nine years experience in all aspects of human resources management including benefit administration, employee relations, employment law, recruiting and staffing, strategic planning, and training and development. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
