10/04/2005 - Weaver and Tidwell’s Alan Goldfarb Named a “Top 100 Wealth Advisor” by Robb Report magazine
DALLAS, TX – Alan Goldfarb, CFP, AIF, of Weaver and Tidwell Financial Advisors in Dallas, has been named a Top 100 Wealth Advisor by Robb Report magazine. The ranking will be released in the October 2005 issue.
Goldfarb is chief financial strategist for Weaver and Tidwell Financial Advisors. He was one of only eight financial advisors from Texas to make the list.
Goldfarb has been recognized as a leader in the financial counseling industry since the early 1970’s. His background includes extensive experience in investments, employee benefits, and estate planning. Goldfarb serves as chairman-elect of the Certified Financial Planners Board of Professional Review and as director for the nation’s first MBA in Financial Services program at the University of Dallas.
Goldfarb has been named a Top Financial Advisor by Worth magazine four consecutive times, and Best Financial Planner and Wealth Manager in Dallas by D magazine. This summer he was admitted to the Paladin Registry, a prestigious web-based service to help investors find, evaluate, and select financial advisors. He has earned a five-star rating, the highest awarded by the service.
He is also listed in Marquis’ Who’s Who in Finance and Industry.
Goldfarb earned his MBA in Economics and Management from the University of North Texas.
